We had so much fun planting our garden together. Everyone came out to help. We planted tomatoes, peppers, corn, rainbow colored carrots, pumpkins and we are working on beans, & peas. We plan to can salsa & green beans, freeze extra corn, and just enjoy the rest as it grows.
Chris & I looked at each other, looked at our kids and recognized what a perfect day it was; everyone working together, getting along. This is what we want for our family more often. Well, summer has just begun and we have plans to keep everyone busy. Work hard & play hard. This was a good start.

That is so cool. What great memories your kids will have doing this along with harvesting. Not to mention how proud everyone feels when they eat their own food they grow!
I love Rachael working in the garden with a pacifier in her mouth!
